This documentary takes viewers along the bike trail that covers 335 miles from Washington, D.C. to Pittsburgh, PA. Paul enjoyed shooting and editing with Writer/Producer Beth Dolinar and photographer Dave Forstate to create a 56 minute documentary detailing all the sites and sounds along the way.
Produced, shot, and edited by Paul Ruggieri, this documentary tours the battlefields of Western Pennsylvania. In the mid 1700s, the world's two greatest military powers, France and Great Britain, set their sights on Western Pennsylvania. The result was an inevitable war. Fort Ligonier, Fort Necessity, Fort Pitt, Bushy Run Battlefield, Braddock's Battlefield, and historic Hanna's Town are showcased in this production.
As WQED describes it, "It was a landmark moment in local sports history. The year 1952 marked the first (and so far only) time a team from Western Pennsylvania has ever made it to the Little League World Series final. Although the event was marred by an unforgettable tragedy, this is also a story of triumph and redemption."
